01
Identify the task to improve
Describe your current workflow: washing and water removal, manual grading, repeated trial combinations or reweighing before packing. Define the problem before choosing equipment.
02
Separate grading from combination selection
Weight grading groups individual fruit by set weight ranges. Combination selection uses individual weights to choose fruit for a target box weight. Actual boxing remains manual.
03
Use real fruit and order information
Share typical fruit weights, packaging formats, target box weights and expected workload. Individual weighing accuracy is not the same as box-combination tolerance; confirm results against fruit distribution and operating conditions.
04
Check the equipment against the site
Prepare site dimensions, aisles, feed and discharge directions, and utility locations. Published dimensions are reference values, not a fixed footprint or installation allowance.
05
Compare complete proposals
Compare equipment scope, layout, utilities and manual tasks together. Confirm price, delivery and service scope individually during discussions.
This information supports early discussions. Final configuration, layout and operating conditions are subject to the agreed proposal.
